She was predeceased by: her parents, Demetrio Delgado and Eleonor Delgado (Cuadrado); her husband Gerardo Hernandez; her son Gerardo Hernandez, Jr.; and her brother Gerardo Hernandez, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Hector of Philadelphia, PA, Edwin Hernandez of Philadelphia, PA, Ruth M. Castro of Ashtabula, Elizabeth Lagares of Ashtabula, Gladys Hernandez of Ashtabula, Carlos Hernandez of Ashtabula, Maribel Hernandez of Toledo, OH and Luis A. Hernandez of San Lorenzo, PR; and her siblings, Sara, Elizabeth Delgado, Juan of Puerto Rico, Bienvenido of Puerto Rico and Jose H. Delgado of Puerto Rico. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
