He is survived by: his wife Patricia Stevens of Ashtabula; his daughters, Kellie Butler (Matt) and Shannon Stevens of Ashtabula; his brothers, Dennis Stevens (Betty) of Concord and Gordon Stevens of Conneaut; and his pets, Sage and Ivy.
