With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joanne Simon (Ashtabula, Ohio), born in Conneaut, Ohio, who passed away on December 11, 2022 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest Robinson and Siina Robinson (Mackey); her brother Christopher; and her sister-in-law Patricia Robinson. She is survived by: her husband Thomas J. Simon; her children, Benjamin Simon (Shelley) of Charleston, S. C., Gregory T. Simon (Lexi Laughlin) of Ashtabula and Holly R. Simon-Lane of Ashtabula; her grandchildren, Lily, Owen, Henry, Elizabeth, Zayah, Penelope and Elijah; and her sisters, Sandra Dowler (Dale) and Penelope Rantanen (Ron). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
