He was predeceased by: his father Robert Laughlin. He is survived by: his mother Helen Laughlin (Hammond); his son Jamie DeCamillo; his grandchildren, Olivia and Caleb; and his siblings, Linda Mell (Dennis), Patti Fassett (Don), Renee Boomhower (Rusty), Robin Wight (Robert) and Leah Bentley. He is also survived by his grandchildren's mother that he loved like a daughter; as well as many nieces and nephews.
