James Hassett Obituary

James left this world on March 20, 2024 at the age of 86, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by : his significant other Mary Lois Hassett (Lindenmayer); his daughter Cynthia "Syndi" Ann Dunne; and his siblings, Elizabeth "Betty" Meaney, Patricia Bailey, Norman "Jack" Hassett, Thomas Hassett, Michael Hassett and Sharon Kay Hassett.

He is survived by : his children, Sean Hassett (Susie) of Cape Coral and Patti Eickhoff (Mike) of Akron; his siblings, Mary Margert "Bunny" Zigmont (Jim), Norma Jean Wreesemen (Carl) and Joseph P Hassett (Joy); and his grandchildren, Shea, Shawn Dunne, Shelly, Shannon Harville (Christian), Holly Partee (Jesse), Heidi Hassett, Kate and Mikey Eickhoff. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.

Jim was a member of the Elks, the NRA and prided himself on donating to many various charitable organizations like the Boys and Girls Club, St. Jude's, Tunnels to Towers, Shriner's Hospital for Children and Boys Town.
