She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Slavic and Anna Slavic (Emprich); her daughters, Beverly Shubert and Deborah Nemitz; her brother Phil Slavic; and her grandson Kenneth Stevenson III.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Nemitz (Jeff Smith) of Ashtabula; her granddaughter Sara Shubert; her great grandchild Corbin Saade; her niece Stacey Pierce (Scott); and her friends, Carol Ann Burns and Norma Carlson. She is also survived by daughter to her; as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in her name to the APL, 5970 Green Rd., Ashtabula, Ohio 44004.
