It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Mae Allen of Ashtabula, Ohio, born in Pioneer, Ohio, who passed away on October 28, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Nelson Miller and Vera Mae Miller (Tressler); her husband Clifford C. Allen; her grandsons, Richard Sizemore and Mark Allen; and her great grandchild Tristan McCabe.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Sizemore (Lyle) of Wewahitchka, FL, Karen Allen of Ashtabula, Michael Allen (Patty Pindale) of Dorset, Clifford Allen, Jr. of Pierpont, Kathleen Wann (Jeffrey) of Jefferson City, MO, Diane Dismukes (William) of Williamsfield, Jayne Strull (Stephen, Sr.), Kingsville, Rebecca Frain of Dorset, Margaret Johnson of Jefferson, Mary Allen and Alleen Santee (Roger); and her brother Leroy Miller of Huron, TN. She is also survived by 29 grandchildren, 48 great grandchildren; 6 great-great grandsons; many nieces, nephews and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may go to Bible Baptist Church or the Hospice of the Western Reserve-Ashtabula.
