It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gilbert Lee Brewer of Ashtabula, Ohio, born in Corry, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 20, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram Brewer and Helen Brewer; and his grandson Tyler Grubb. He is survived by: his wife Paula Brewer (Grubb); his children, Tammy Mitchell (Mario), Gilbert "Lee" Brewer, Jr. (Tammy Sue), Randy Brewer, Linda Grubb, Darlene Carlton (David), Vonda Grubb and Beverly Allgood (Larry); and his grandchildren, Samuel (Faith), Seth (Sarah), Stephen (Brandy), Becky Surls (Casey), Jaylnn, Aiden, Lynnea, Nikki Dondrea, David Carlton Jr. and Rasheed (Ckayla).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve.
