He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Tuttle and Lucy Tuttle (Crow); and his sister Margie Williams. He is survived by: his siblings, Susan Harding (Bill), Dallas Tuttle (Becky) and Jackie Chong. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and wonderful friends.
