He was predeceased by: his mother Mary E. Clark Fox; and his siblings, Lucy Morgan and Harry Morgan. He is survived by: his children, Alicia D. Dillard, Eugene M. Dillard, Jr. and Elisita A. Dillard; and his siblings, Vera Morgan, Verlen Barnes, Geneva Venture, Gladys Douglas and George Payne. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
