She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Wortman and Margaret Wortman (Airwyke); her husband Louis II; her son Louis III; and her great grandchild Erik Bernardo, II.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Erik Bernardo, Louis Bernardo, IV (Leslie Chute), Jeffery Bernardo, Michelle Bernardo-Jahn (Adam), Michael Bernardo and Kristy Rocha; and her sister Virginia Maycroft. She is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
