He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Shepard and Antoinette Russell (George); and his brothers, Dale and Richard Shepard. He is survived by: his close friend Diane Morris; his brothers, Dennis Shepard (Karen) and David Shepard (Donna Rullo); his stepsons, Edward Crawford (Jennifer) and Erik Brunell (Nicole); and his grandchildren, Britainy Graf (Clinton) and Eddie Crawford. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
