With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald H. Cummings (Ashtabula, Ohio), born in New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 18, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hubert and S. Ruth Cummings (Gillespie); his brothers-in-law, Raymond Latsko and Robert Ray; his niece Dr. Joan Latsko; and his nephew James Latsko.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce M. Harley; his children, Linda Nerad (Edward) of North Kingsville, Patricia DeBenedictis of Hilliard, Kathleen Valerio (Marc) of Columbus, Amy Gabrich (Dan) of Washington and Chad Cummings (Julie) of Reminderville, Ohio; his grandchildren, Brandy Calaway, Katee Pearce (John), Charli Barnett (C. J.), Christopher Nerad (Ashley), Chloe Valerio, Emily Magda (Nick), Sidney Gabrich, Cooper Gabrich, Tucker Gabrich, Rien Cummings, Reid Cummings and Remi Cummings; his great grandchildren, Amari Valerio, Jax Robbins, Callie Barnett, Hadley Nerad, Kobie Barnett and Gunnar Magda; his sister Ruth Latsko; and his sister-in-law Carol Ray. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
