It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Edward Borner in Ashtabula, Ohio, who passed away on July 7, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Edward and Clarette Borner (Langford); and his sisters, Donna Mae Meehl and Mary Lou Covell. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Borner of Jefferson; his children, Lori Basen (Bill) of Virginia, Walter Kiphart (Connie) of Oregon and Larry Kiphart (Stefanie) of Geneva; his sisters, Cathy Pelton (Wayne) of Jefferson and June Lencl of Jefferson; and his grandchildren, Ashley Powell (Basen), Chad Basen, Justin Kiphart, Amber Vines (Kiphart), AnJel Walton, Tamia Gawenit and Jayden Reeves. He is also survived by 10 Great Grandchildren.
