She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Wootchie and Katherine Lippian Wootchie; her husband Grant Lewis; her brothers, Stanley Wootchie, John Wootchie, Richard Wootchie and Robert Wootchie; and her sister-in-law Delores.
She is survived by: her sister Judy Evans (Daniel); her sister-in-law Agnes Wootchie; her niece Lori Boncela (Kenyon); her great-nephews, Kenyon and Brody Boncela; and her friends, Anthony Klokoc and Danna Seevers.
