He is survived by: his wife Nancy Olkowski; his children, Jamie Patridge (Matthew) of Wisconsin and Brian Butler (Mei) of Oregon; his siblings, Linda Butler, Lenora Newsome of Kentucky, Dennis Butler (Jean) of Ashtabula, Dale Sullivan of Geneva and Larry Sullivan of Florida; his grandsons, Grayson Partridge and Paxton Butler; his sisters-in-law, Jane Rich (Dean) and Marcia Flaugher (Bob); his nieces and nephews, Stephanie Corlew (Keith), Tricia Williams, Adam Flaugher, Ashley Flaugher (Jacob Huang), Ray Williams and Ryan Williams; and his pets, Bentley, Benson and Bodhi. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and friends.
