He was predeceased by: his parent Kathryn Kelly (Turopalac); and his brother Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Loretta Jane Easter; his children, Chris Kelly (Ann), Joe Kelly, Jackie Whiddon (Jason) and Bobbie Smith (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Paige and Aiden. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousin.
