Bonnie Lou Picard Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Bonnie Lou Picard of Ashtabula, Ohio, born in Conneaut, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 20, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Ross Jacobs Jr. and Rosamond Jacobs (Davis); her husband Dr. Thomas Picard; her sister Sandra Ann Smith (George); her brother-in-law Dr. Clair Picard (Elizabeth); and her former husband Wayne E. Durr.
She is survived by: her child Sarilee Picard Stuart (Andrew); her grandchildren, Thomas and Elizabeth; her children, Timothy Alan Picard (Kimberley) and Tod Wayne Durr (Tina); her granddaughter Hannah; her brother George Ross Jacobs III (JoAnne) of Georgia; and her brother-in-law Dr. Urban Picard (Christine). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
