She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles and Edith; her husband John Hornyak; her son Michael (Dorothy Hornyak); and her sisters, Ida Mae Carroll, Patsy Cureton, Peggy Booth and Linda Salanci.
She is survived by: her children, David Hornyak (Dawnetta), Barbara Ellsworth (Frank), Patrick Hornyak and Thomas Hornyak (Marien); and her grandchildren, Matthew, Rachel, Ashleigh, Sara, Clara and Niel. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
Should friends desire memorials in her memory may be given to the American Cancer Society.
