Anna Bento Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 22, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Anna Bento of Ashtabula, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Lombardo and Edna Lombardo (Sjögren); her grandson Stephen Young; and her siblings, James Lombardo, Anthony Lombard and Verna Lombard.
She is survived by: her husband Donald J. Bento; her children, Dawn Prine (Kelly), Joseph Bento and John Bento (Diana); her grandchildren, Anthony Young, Sean Prine, Alexis Fonow (Jim), Roger Bento (Hannah) and Ryan Bento; her great grandchildren, Stephen Young, Gianna Young, Layla Young, Anthony Damon, Alex Damon, Eli Prine, Adelie Bento, Alinah Bento and Damien Bento; and her sister Sharon Simmen. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Carmel Church (1220 E 21st St, Ashtabula, OH 44004).
Memorial contributions can be made in her name to Saint Jude's Children's Hospital or the Alzheimer's Association, and envelopes will be available at the funeral home and at the church.
