With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Edward Kelley of Ashley, Ohio, born in Delaware, Ohio, who passed away on March 28, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Kelley and Gladys Kelley (Clinton); his wife Charlotte M. (Sturgeon); his son Richard S. Kelley; his grandson Richard Scott Lindsay; and his siblings, Harry E., James Kelley, Dorothy Horner and Myrtle Thompson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Julie Rayburn (Dave) of Ashley, Jenney Kelley Rapp (Bob Lindsay) of Radnor and Terri Kidwell (Stacy) of Ashley. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
