It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Paul James Davenport Jr. of Ashley, Ohio, born in Delaware, Ohio, who passed away on April 27, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul J. and Beverly B. (Basham); his wife Doris Mae Davenport (Morgan); his siblings, Beverly Joan Matlack, Nelson E. Davenport and Douglas A. Davenport; his sister-in-law Joyce M. Davenport; and his niece Deborah K. Davenport.

He is survived by: his son Morgan Davenport (Jessica) of Newark; his grandchildren, Hailey, James, Avery and Emma; and his brother Kenneth Davenport of Delaware.
