With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lorna P Gibson of Ashley, Ohio, born in Delaware, Ohio, who passed away on September 17, 2023 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Merril Philip and Joyce McNamara (Lee); her former husband Craig E. Haubiel; her siblings, Sue Wolfe, Connie Wooten, Michael McNamara and John Philip McNamara (Jackie); and her mother-in-law Grace Hines.
She is survived by: her husband Mike Gibson; her children, Mickey Johnson (Joe) of Delaware, Misty Froehlich (David) of Delaware, Troy Gibson (Marissa) of Marengo and Aaron (Jandylyn); her grandchildren, Emily Johnson (David Hawkins), Jared Johnson, Gavin Froehlich (Savannah Parker), Malia Gibson, Haubs Froehlich, Kaden Gibson and Grayson Froehlich; her siblings, Noreen McNamara of Ashley and Major Patrick McNamara (Lynda) of Adams, TN; and her nephew Philip Smith. She is also survived by other numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be given to St. Mary Catholic Church, Delaware, the Leukemia Society or to the Cincinnati Zoo (In honor of Fiona, the Hippopotamus).
