He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Piatt and Mary Kathryn Piatt (McElfresh). He is survived by: his wife Brenda (Crist); his children, Jamie Etgen (Todd) and Kris Piatt (Sarah); his grandchildren, Josie, Devin, Dylan (Claire), Ethan, Drew and Dustin (Maycee); his great grandchildren, Brynlee and Bodie; his brothers, Jeff (Peggy) and Mac Piatt (Nena); and his sisters-in-law, Lynda Bennett (Jim), Karen Grandstaff (Jeff), Bobbi Montgomery (Frank) and Donna Padovan (Tom). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
