It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frances Powers of Ashley, Ohio, born in Delaware, Ohio, who passed away on November 8, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bobby "Peanut" Powers and Rose Powers (Foust); her daughter Shannon Stanley; and her brother James Bryan Powers. She is survived by: her son Chad Wallace (Bethany); her grandchildren, Logan Wallace, Alex and Leina Santho; and her siblings, Bobby Powers, David Martin (Pam), Lori Powers (Joann), Pam Powers Wheeler and Kathleen Partin (Sam). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
