She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Compton and Rosetta Compton (Thacker); and her brother Herman Compton Jr.. She is survived by: her husband James Jones; her children, Barb Jones, Sarah Jones (Adam Mickes) and Shane Jones; her grandchildren, Tory Aguirre (Henry), Adam Mickes Jr., Mahala Mickes, Amaya Mickes, Patan Mickes, Jaxan Mickes, Anthony Jones, Abby Jones, Aaron Jones, Eli Jones and Liam Jones; her great grandchild Ella Aguirre; and her siblings, Sharon Brooks (Joe), James Compton and Tim Compton (Janet).
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Robinson Funeral Home (32 W Winter St, Delaware, OH 43015). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 1:30 PM and at 2:30 PM at the Ashley Union Cemetery (9800 Ashley Rd, Ashley, OH 43003).
