It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Rowe (Ashley, Ohio), who passed away on December 8, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Nolty and Mary Nolty (Dawson); and her sister Crystal Nolty. She is survived by: her husband Jack; her children, Tamara Neill, Brian Neill (Teresa), Jim Rowe, Joyce Rowe (Dawna), Jackie Sowers and Brian Rowe; her siblings, Ed Nolty (Shirley) and Cherrie (Dale); and her grandchildren, Anthony, Kaitlyn (Dylan Saad), Eric, Adam, Carter, Brody, Sammy, Jamie, William, Chris and Jon. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
