He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde D Lowther Sr. and Betty Jane Young Lowther; his children, Timothy Lowther and Tina Lowther; his sisters, Chrystal Edington and Sondra Sparks; his brothers-in-law, Rick Edington, Tom LaCross, Harley Hines and Jerry Emmons (June McIntire); and his pet Missy.
He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Sech (Ron Armstrong); his daughter-in-law Betty Lowther (June); his grandchildren, Zack Lowther (Alexis McCarty) of Ashley, Justin Lowther (Jordon) of Sunbury, Christina Lowther of Ashley, Patrick Sech (Caili) of Marion, Jordan Sech (Maddy Davenport) of Ashey and Tyler Emmons (Harley) of Columbus; his former wife Judy Foster; his siblings, Mary K LaCross, Marquita Hines, Melody Emmons and Jeff Lowther; and also Wayne (Sandy Emmons). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, great-grandkids, extended family in TN, and many, many friends.
