She is survived by: her husband Sam Smith, Sr.; her children, Joey Zinn (Megan) of McDonald, Stephanie Zinn (Karra) of Heath, Sam Smith, Jr. of Fulton and James Smith (Debbie) of Mt. Gilead, Ohio; her pets, Scruffy and Taco; her grandchildren, Dalton, Dakota, Daniel, Melanie, Mason, Savannah and Gabriel; her great grandchildren, Taylor, Tyler and Octavia; her sister-in-law Gail Phelps; and her siblings, Dallas Phelps (Beverly), Deloris Carpenter (Smokey), Billie Jo McKee, Connie Fuller (Doug) and Mark Phelps. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
