He was predeceased by: his siblings, Helen and Larry. He is survived by: his wife Ella Mae Smith of Ashley; his children, Bobby Gene Smith Jr (Rochelle), Bruce Smith of Wellsville, Rocky Smith of East Liverpool, Wayne Smith of Lisbon, Robert Smith (Tammy) of Kilbourne, Helen Maple (Keith) of East Liverpool, Brenda Warren (George) of East Liverpool and Della Mae Hutchinson (Kenny) of Ashley; and his sisters, Carol Lilly of Delaware and Rita Compton of Delaware. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
