Zane Gross Sr. Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Zane Gross Sr. of Ashland, Ohio, born in Martins Ferry, Ohio, who passed away on April 2, 2021 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Gross and Cora Gross (Crawford); his wife Ruth L. Gross (Rhodes); his son Paul Gross; and his sister Shirley VanDriest.
He is survived by: his children, Zane Gross Jr. (Debbie) of Ashland, Karen Johnson (Mitch) of Ashland, Michelle Harris (Bryan) of Greenwich and Heather Culp of Elyria; his daughter-in-law Sheri Gross of Lexington; and his brother-in-law Eddie VanDriest of Bailey Lakes. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; along with several cousins.
