He is survived by: his mother Barbara Rush Sr. (Spore) of Ashland; his brothers, Steve Rush (Julie) of Ashland and Tim Rush (Tracy); his nieces and nephews, Katie Strange (Ryan), Allison James (Nolan), Steve Rush Jr. (Heather), Brian Rush (Katelyn) and Scott Rush (Kara); and his children, Jenny Kohler, Jessica Haskins, Brandon Rush and William D. Rush III (Sarah). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
