He was predeceased by: his parents, William Junior and Margaret L. Brown. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Brown of Ashland; and his children, Michelle Taylor (Ben) of Ashland, Amy Boyd (Randy) of Ashland and Fred Brown (Shawne) of Ashland. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; five sisters; and one brother.
