He was predeceased by: his parents, William B. Windsor Sr. and Dorothy Windsor (Slayton); and his brothers, Roger and Geary Windsor. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Carter (Curt) of Ashland and William Windsor III (Stephanie) of Sunbury; his grandchildren, Riley Windsor (Caitlin), Aubrey Miles (Nathan) and Abbey Windsor; and his siblings, Clarence "Bud" Windsor (Darlene) of Mansfield, Jack Windsor of Ashland, Kathy Patton of Ashland and Emily Patton (John) of Mansfield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Ashland American Legion (1338 Claremont Ave, Ashland, OH 44805).
