He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Clifford and Roseanna Garber. He is survived by: his wife Jean Garber of Ashland; his children, Winona Ritchie of Jeromesville, Warren W. Garber Jr. (Dawn) of Ashland, Michael Garber of Ashland and Justin Garber of Ashland; and his siblings, Iva Keller (Bill) of Huntingdon, Pennsylvania and John Garber of Huntingdon, Pennsylvania.. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Hospital.
