She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira S. Kirkpatrick and Bertha Kirkpatrick (Morr); her husband Charles Deane Stitzel; and her brother-in-law Gary Carr. She is survived by: her stepchildren, Sandra Cook and Gary D. Stitzel of Ashland; and her sisters, Janice Carr of Ashland and Sandy Sexton (Virgil) of Ashland. She is also survived by 2 nieces and 4 nephews.
