She was predeceased by: her father Thomas Rush; her nephew Anthony Rush; her grandparents, George, Eula Goad and Connie Goad; and her aunts and uncles, Faye Wilson, Tammy Osborne, George "Tony" Goad III and James McGuire.
She is survived by: her children, Ryalin Nichols, Elijah Nichols (Harley Rapp) and Jayden Goad; her grandson Oaklin Nichols-Rapp; her mother Tina Goad; and her siblings, Thomas Rush (Elizabeth Booth), Tonya Rush (Taylor Shelton), Trisha Kareff (Christopher), Theron Rush (Shayla Sexton), Tara Rush and Chad McGuire. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Adhering to the governor's mandate, all guests are required to wear a face covering and maintain appropriate social distancing during their visit.
