He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron Queer and Mamie Queer (Rose); his wife Helen A. Fox; his grandson Jeremy Quinn; and his brother John Queer.
He is survived by: his children, Leonard Quinn of Ashland, Roger Quinn (Diane Moritz) of Nashville and Annette Quinn (John McClain) of Ashland; and his siblings, Merle "Pete" Queer of Ashland and Evanelle Fox of Baltimore, Maryland..
It is asked that anyone attending the funeral service or the visitation please wear a mask and practice social distancing.
