He was predeceased by: his parents, George Edward and Lois Lane; and his brothers, Ronnie and Mike Lane. He is survived by: his wife Brenda M. Bright-Lane of Ashland; his children, Karen Shepherd (Chester) of Xenia, Cindy Lane of Athens, George Lane of Leesburg and Christopher Lane (Emily) of Dover; his sister-in-law Ruth Lane of Lima; and his cousin Bobby Wallace. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren.
