He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburn Derwood and June Risner (Jarrell); and his niece Stacey Boggs. He is survived by: his significant other Marla Risner (Wentz); his children, Kristina Lucas (Tim) of Mansfield, Tracy Spotts (Joe) of Ashland, Melissa Risner of Wheelersburg, Kim Bell (John) of Ontario and Timothy Risner of Huntington; and his grandchildren, Levi, Alexus, Amber Lucas, Chase Dillow, Cayden, Aby Spotts, Justenne, Bryan, Torra Kling, Ally and Avery Bell.
