She is survived by: her mother Susan Bowersock (Dull); her grandchildren, Qarsten, Qendrix Kocher, Jackie IV and Lorelai Wolfe; her husband Bryan Hall; her children, Derrick Bowersock (Kelly), Sierra Kocher (Quintan) and Jackie Wolfe III (Morgan); and her sister Trisa Kopchak (Ron).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the ALS Association in Tammy's name to support ongoing research and patient care.
