He is survived by: his daughters, Linda A. Yarnell Murray and Cynthia L. Newcomer; his grandchildren, Carrie L. Hett of Powder Springs, Matthew S. Yarnell of Chattanooga, Geoffrey A. Murray of Zebulon, Faith A. Williams of Port St and John "Bo" Hart of Frankfort, Kentucky; his great grandchildren, Alyssa, Bella Hett, Miles Hart, Gracelynn and Nathan Murray; and his siblings, Francis Harned and Richard Newcomer.
