She is survived by: her husband Ray; her children, Karen Warren (Raymond) of Ashland, Stephen Johnson (Diana) of Phoenix, AZ, Matt Johnson of Ashland, John Johnson of Ashland, Erica Mullett, Cora Johnson of Ashland and Danny Johnson of Ashland; her grandchildren, Darby, Elizabeth Warren, Amber Cordell, Haleigh Baker, Heather Johnson, Hailey, Lincoln and Peyton Mullett; and her sister Linda Ward (Jim) of Greenville, NC. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
