He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Bartley and Fern Reinhart Bartley; his wife Joan Bartley; and his siblings, Francis, Robert, Clayton, Leroy, Calvin Bartley, Martha Hamilton, Margaret Truex and Katherine Dillon.
He is survived by: his children, Lynne Ann Eddy (Jason) of Lucas and Eric (Melisa); his grandchildren, Alex Eddy and Allison Eddy; his great grandchildren, Haley Eddy and Sophia Reed; his brother Hershel Bartley (Virginia) of Ashland; and his sister-in-law Betty Bartley of Polk. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or to Wounded Warriors.
