She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Stentz and Elizabeth Stentz (Clark); her husband Dwight E. Householder; her brother Virgil R.; and her sister-in-law Frances Stentz. She is also survived by her numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Sallyanne's memory to the Cat Sanctuary, 1130 E. Main St., No.136.
