She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Naylor and Dorothy Naylor; her husband Donald L. Gess; her son Robert A. Gess; her siblings, Larry Naylor, Jeanie Fowler and Sandra Burke (Kevin); and her siblings-in-law, Nate Gess (Laura), Ronald Gess, Marge Clark (Forrest) and Bonnie Brown (Richard).
She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara, Barb Light (Paul) of Wadsworth, Molly Shea (Brian) of Ashland and Kelly Rickett (Dennis) of Ashland; her grandchildren, Anberlin Gess, Zachary Frymier, Allison Frymier, Jacob Shea, Christopher Gess, Megan Galliher (Jacob), Alyssa Gess, Hunter Rickett and Skylar Rickett; and her siblings-in-law, Gerald Gess (Carol), John Gess (Mary Lou), Conrad Gess (Martha) and Sue Naylor. She is also survived by several great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
