He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Ann Brown of Ashland; his children, Rhonda Leibolt (Vince) of Ashland, Steve Brown of Ashland and Natalie Brown of Ashland; his grandchildren, Julie Smith, Brooke Harkay (Steve) and Charles Lee Brown (Allison); and his great grandchildren, Baylee Hall, Wyatt Brown, Hunter Brown, Ella Smith, Avery Smith, Jaden Harkay and Josiah Harkay.
