He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Inis Virginia (Wright) and Nathan Kiser; his wife Barbara; his children, Heather Kiser-Franks and Bryan Kiser; his niece Sonia Kelley (Paul); his grandchildren, Erynn Franks (Patrick), Kolin Franks, Rayna Kiser (Jordan) and Braxtyn Kiser; his sister-in-law Janet Kochel (Susie); his siblings, Richard Kiser, Russell Kiser, Ruth Ailer and Ruby Heitzman; his nephew Timothy Kochel; and also Addalyn. He was also cherished by several other nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The American Red Cross, American Diabetes Association or The Multiple Sclerosis Association of America.
