He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob "Wayne" and Erma Mae Doty (Akins); and his sister Cheryl Lynn Boggs. He is survived by: his son Mike; his daughter-in-law Jessica Doty of Westerville; and his granddaughter Summer Reese Doty. He is also survived by Brother in-law; along with numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles.
