He is survived by: his spouse Angele' Perez (Crist); his children, Hailey Grantham (Ben) of Mineral Wells, Matthew Crist (Diana) of Ashland, Andrew Christian of Ashland, Leighton Christian of Ashland and Sophie Crist-Perez of Ashland, Ohio; his grandchildren, Zailey, Railey, Sadie Grantham, Oliver and Lilah Crist; his brothers, Sammy Perez of Texas and Chris Kindler (Charity) of Heath Ohio; his nieces, Madilynn and Elliana; his nephew Jason Perez of Texas; and his aunts and uncles, Mary Montoya, Betty Germany, Esmerelda Kinkade, Greg Morales and Johnny Morales.
